Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date. No penalties either way.
You take everything. Full CSV export of all customer data, order history, and product listings. We also provide a data migration guide. Your customers' email addresses are always yours — never masked.
Commission is calculated on the product sale price (excluding shipping and tax). It's deducted from each payout via Stripe Connect. Your customers pay you directly — we never hold your revenue.
No contracts, no minimums. Plans can be cancelled anytime. If you cancel, your store stays active until the end of the billing period. No exit fees, no penalties.
You do — through your own Stripe account. Alkemy uses Stripe Connect with direct charges, meaning you are the merchant of record. We never touch your revenue. Stripe fees (2.9% + 30¢) are separate from Alkemy's commission.
